    Thanks, I do enjoy your podcasts. I agree with your comments on planning ahead: I tend to write a rehearsal timetable for the term (usually ten weeks), with attached notes about planned gigs. I send this to my choir, with a proviso that although this is the plan, small changes may arise. I think they quite like this, it helps them plan too.
